Yes, it is the other license that has a similar attribution clause as AAL.
Although it was approved by OSI in the past, there have been some
suggestions that it too should be removed from the list of approved
licenses. Probably AAL and CPAL would be removed together, or neither
would. (Note that so far all of this is just discussion. There is currently
no formal process to remove any license.)

The fact that FSF also recognizes CPAL as a free software license is an
