Whilst that is largely true, it is country dependent. They grant a
right to copy within the computer, which is subject to a specific
exemption in the US. In the UK the actual right that is infringed is to
use the software.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
