Google WebM?

Hi all,

Just a curiosity question.

Google have released the VP8 codec from On2 under a BSD license, adding 
an additional clause regarding patents:

   http://www.webmproject.org/license/software/

Should it just be regarded as pretty much a standard BSD license, with 
no real need to get it reviewed and added to the OSI License list?
