Use of "open source" in website name

Correct.  Note that the term "open source intelligence" predates open 
source software, and is based on a different meaning of the word source. 
  It is not likely to be confused.

However, OSI was the first to use the term open source software, and I 
think this association of open source should be used in conformance with 
the OSD.
