This is wrong. Otherwise the "no commercial use" would have been included in
the GPL (something that is forbidden, any attempt to do that invalidates the
compatibility with the GPL).

The intent of the GPL is the freedom of choice by independent
implementations, but not stopping the commerce. So GPL products can be used
within commercial areas. The GPL does not forbid payments of services.

The GPL is there to allow reimplementation and modification by anyone if a
proposed offer, even when it is sold, does not completely match the all
expected services, and it allows bundling free services offered by different
sources, maximizing the reusability in various contexts, according to user
choice, and not according to restrictions set by exclusive right owners

The GPL is not a "socialist" concept, it's instead a strong promoter of the
freedom of choice and fair competition, according to services rather than
limitating exclusive rights owned by just a few providers, and that limit
the interoperability of solutions.

The GPL does not steal any IP right when they exist and are restricted.
