I agree. Often though the list spawns from licenses being submitted
and valid concerns and questions about the license being raised but
then it often digresses into something else fairly quick.

This might be a short lived phenomenon with the high profile licenses
coming in (GPLv3, LGPLv3, MsPL, MsCL, etc), and the coverage that our
conversations are getting on Groklaw and Slashdot comments.
