It still says, "If you have a license that you would like added to this
list, please contact license-approval at opensource.org, which starts the
process described here.".  However, I'm not sure that /should/ be
removed because it seems consistent (albeit vague) with #3 in the
approval process (http://www.opensource.org/approval).
