Which forms of licence that meet the OSD do you consider to be legally
valid?
If there are any, is there any remaining scope for new licences in those
classes?
If the answer to either the first or second question is "none", why are
you on a list that is specifically there for the purpose of accrediting
new licences as complying with the OSD?

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
