OSI logo if I use GNU GDL for our group?

Hello,

I want to know if I start an open source group (not related to
software) but say knowledge exchange forum, or security support forum
where the mission is "freedom of knowledge", would the Open Source
Initiative be any help for me?

Can I use any open source documentation license and consequently use
the OSI logo along with our site or group.
