Wouldn't it be possible to make conditional terms depending on
which jurisdiction the licensee is under? For example:
For licensees under Dutch jurisdiction the following applies:
"Insert standard Dutch disclaimer here"
For licensees under Australian jurisdiction the following
applies: "Insert standard Australian disclaimer here"
It's messy, I know, but a possibility?
