This may not work.  Existing good license names
include trademarks or entitty names, like "B"SD, "GNU"
GPL, Apache licenses, etc. Disallowing names may lead
to worse problems, like everyone calling their license
"Open software license", "free software license", etc.
 It may be better to have these trademark or
corporation names rather than misleading generic
names.
