Three new proposed OSD terms

We need to plea for a better method in Sourceforge to inspect these.

New in last 60 days
New major release in last 60 days
Established - over X downloads daily
Maturing - downloads increasing at Y per day
Standards based - implementing W3C, OASIS, or similar standard
Fringe - less than Z downloads a month
Associated - people who downloaded this also downloaded that.

This would give a better lens into this.

Sounds like another open source project!?!
