OASIS appeal does NOT affect OpenDocument

Ah! OK got it.
BTW - while we're on the subject of - some of us poor maligned
OASIS grunts have submitted (or are submitting) topics and
abstracts to FOSS 05 relating to fine OASIS TC work.
I hope we're not going to be summarily dismissed based on the
machinations of our illustrious leaders?
Afterall most all the spec's have not yet fallen foul of the
insidious IPR proposals and actually might still be
open sourceable for a while longer yet!
