STWL (spread the word license)

Hello.

I'd like to suggest a new license:

The rational behind the STWL is that open source software suffers from a 
lack of advertising (if not currently hyped by media)
and  therefore an attempt to counter the lack of advertising should be 
made by adding the active distrbution of such software
as a requirement to the software license. Otherwise (except for 3. and 
4.) the license resembles the BSD license.
