OK I've understood why doesn't it conform opensource.org regulations.
Thanks for the replies..

But I think this is a required section for some of the web based
applications. Maybe I was too strict in previous license, but adding
sometinhg like:

2.d Usage of this Product for commercial or non-commercial purposes are
permitted, as long as you provide full free access to services using
this Product.

This means whether you support your services by things like advertorial
programs or not, as long as you do not charge anything for services
based on this Product, you will be able to use the Program, freely
modify it and distribute it under the same license.

This will ensure the freedom of users' and developers' rights for web
based applications that can be used as an internet service.

And yes.. it is still more strict than GPL, but as you know GPL is also
much more strict than MIT / BSD but is still the most popular one
because it fits better for most of the developers' and users' needs.

And finally, does this still violate article 6 of open source
definition?

In my opinion no.. because it ensures freedom of using and development
in a special case like web applications.

This license permits you to use the covered Programs in any field you
want. Take the example of phpBB. You can use it to support your
commercial products, or to form a non-profit cyber-group to discuss a
particular issue. Some people may even give service based merely on this
Product. But the only restriction is that this service should be given
for free but it can cover their hardware bandwidth expenses advertorial
ads. This is not a restriction on the usage field. It just protects
freedom of the product.

Thanx for your interest..
