I just came back from a meeting about software patents in the
european parliament (http://eu.ffii.org/sections/bxl0411/)
and I decided to add paragraph 5 to the STWL to prevent patent
claims against open source software: please comment.
Spread the word license, STWL 1.0.
Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without
modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions are met:
1. Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright
notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.
2. Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above
copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer
in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution.
3. You make an attempt to promote the use of this software by
