Right to Use

Noel,
 
I mean all of the above (or, more literally, below).  I want the meaning
of *use* to be expansive, limited only by the express provisions of the
OSL license itself.  In this license, I encourage creativity and broad
application of the right to use.

Do you have in mind merely "execute the code" when you employ the word
"use" or do you mean to include "make money by means of distribution or
resale" when you employ the word "use."  Do you mean "on your own
machine" or do you mean "anywhere and for the benefit of anyone" when
you employ the word "use"?  
I worry that a court will find the word "use" a more expansive term than
I am guessing that you intend.  Is that a needless worry?  Or does "use"
need a definition?
You may post this to the discussion list if you wish.  I did not do so,
because I don't want to start up unnecessarily  any commotion on the
list.  You know your intent better than I.
