In the long run, you want a body of code built from healthy contributions
from many people. That works best where every contributor is essentially
equal in the terms under which that code may be used. Quid pro quo.
Clearly the copyright holder has certain rights that others won't,
specifically they can relicense it - so so long as Macromedia plans to
acquire the copyright to all contributed code (recommended, doncha think?)
these are spurious changes that only serve to remind people of the unequal
relationship between Macromedia and everyone else, with the only real
result being a discouragement to participation. Is this what you want?
