open source license with exceptions for commercial use

The QPL does not restrict commercial usage. As long as your software linked 
to Qt is under an Open Source license you are covered. The old Qt license 
that restricted commercial use was *not* Open Source, but since qt-2.0 and 
beyond you are covered.
