discuss: rtx-2000 open software license

Gentlemen -

I wish to submit http://uphilltechnology.com/rtxlicense/rtx_open_license.html for Open Source Initiative approval. This license is fashioned from the Berkeley and MIT licenses with minor alteration.

The RTX-2000 project should not conflict with any known open project or existing license.

I wish this application to be openly posted for discussion.
