Time is no problem. I appreciate a lot, what those people do! I just wasn't sure, if the mail has been received, if this address has become a null address or if there is any other problem. It would be good to just reply something like "It's ok, we have received your e-mail. Please be patient. We're coming back to you.".

I think so too. The attachment they sent me had even the word IBM somewhere in the filename.
