Nortel Networks Open Source License - comments?

Please find Nortel's open source license attached - it is a couple of years
old, but not generally used apart from with FIPA-OS. It says it is based on
the OpenTelecom license.
Any views on this would be appreciated.
It seems to be good on intellectual property... and not too onerous.
