Jim Allchin is so completely off base on this one it's hardly worth a reply. 
I guess he's performing the time honored American activity of making a fool 
out of oneself in public. Geez, his property rights to distribute Windows as 
proprietary is *identical* to my property rights to distribute my software as 
Open Source!
