Open Content License?

Hi All,

I'm interested in making the content on the ompages.com web site
open under some sort of open content license. I've looked at the
artistic license, but it seems to apply to software, and through a
search on the internet I've found an open content license, but it is
not an approved license.

What advice can you all give in regard to this? What is the best license
do apply to web site content (including scripts, markup, etc.).

Thanks.
