IMO, the largest risk in it is to Apple themselves, who risk denial of
service attacks.  The BSD advertising clause is much worse, IMO,
because it's binding on anyone who deploys and advertises code.  In
contrast, the Apple reporting requirement applies only to the
programmer who first deploys a change.
