You need license language like "You may not modifiy the license that is
applied to this software, but you may apply a modified version of this
license to your own software."

But we digress. This is a wish-list item, not anything required by the OSD.

Very definitely yes. There are a lot of businesses that do nothing but create
contracts and license them for others to use.
