[CAVO] GPL license conversation

Hello all :

Lauren works with LA County elections and also does IEEE standards  work..

She would prefer this thread stay off the public site-

We were talking about GPL.. and she mentioned BSD and Apache..

I told her you two would be good for that conversation.. she may be
participating after next steps..  I mentioned OPL was not currently
considered as open source
