[beyond-copyright] easy question to start, naming

Hi all,

Thanks for volunteering! I'll start with an easy question, what do folks
want to call the working group? I remembered Karl suggesting "Beyond
Copyright" on my way out the door from the meeting, and liked it as a
starting point, but he actually suggested "Beyond Licensing", which is
also good. Any other thoughts?

Once we pick a name, we'll occupy a space on the wiki to match. For
example (page doesn't exist yet):
