[PublicPolicy] Websites for Government Open Source Code

Right, I should have clarified, each of these items listed links to a
GitHub organization which (generally) has a link to the related
government website listing projects. The site is built from this YAML file:
https://github.com/github/government.github.com/blob/gh-pages/_data/governments.yml
so it might be possible to build a subset of the list you're looking for
programatically.
