I'm still not sure what happened historically but FWIW in 2011 Van
Lindberg (then I believe GC of the PSF) actually did request separate
review of both some version of the "stack" license (not clear whether
this was what we'd now label Python-2.0 or Python-2.0.1 SPDX-wise) as
well as what we'd now label the PSF-2.0 license.

Anyway I would support having OSI review of PSF-2.0, since it is in
use by a considerable number of projects, mostly in the Python
ecosystem, as a standalone license and is generally assumed to be open
source.
