Yes, if only for the sole purpose of pursuing my copyright claim by providing evidence during the prosecution of the claim. Since the license does not allow anyone who 'voluntarily participates' in the claim to make use of the model, I cannot use it to provide evidence, nor could anyone I hire to represent me or provide expert analysis. My only option is to produce all evidence that could possibly be required to prove my claim before filing any claim, which is definitely not going to be clear to anyone making use of the model.
