[License-review] ModelGo Licenses, review

L-R contributors, Moming:

The OSI License Review committee promises to share with submitters our 
recommendation to either send the license to the OSI Board for final 
approval, or not, within 60 days.  It is 58 days since the current 
versions of the licenses were submitted.

Based on the discussion in this forum, it seems clear that further 
revisions are required before these licenses are ready for a vote. 
Moming, are you comfortable with further discussion, and possibly 
submitting a 3rd revision in the future?
