Niccolo, all:

By my personal vote, this license appears OSD-compliant.  Since I am not 
an attorney, let alone a European one, I cannot comment on the liability 
issues.

I do think it would be useful to have a commentary on the license in the 
OSI's catalog if it's approved, though, explaining exactly what this 
license is intended for.
