I agree both points are relevant. It would be worth reminding that use of appropriate and precise wording is a quality issue that can be taken into account, beside this particular submission. Being on the receiving end of poorly written licenses that I must deal with, it is imperative that freedom of expression recedes in front of strict conditions or covenants (?) that can be parsed and described in an algorithm (see https://gitlab.com/automated-foss-license-compliance/)
However the puzzle is solved, though, the points made earlier would not warrant a fine detail analysis of the license, given the higher issues it raises upfront.
