We hereby submit the "CingXaero Open Source License (COL) version 0.2" 
for your consideration as an OSI-approved open source license.

COL is a strong copyleft license designed to ensure that derivative 
works remain open and freely available. Its key features include:
- Requirement of full source code disclosure for any distributed 
derivative work.
- Applicability to static linking, dynamic linking, embedding, 
packaging, and network-based services (network infectiousness).
- Preservation of copyright and modification notices.
- Prohibition of illegal uses only (no restriction on fields of endeavor).

We believe COL meets all criteria of the Open Source Definition (OSD).

CingXaero Open Source License (COL) version 0.2

Preamble
The COL License aims to ensure that all derivative works based on this software remain open source through its "infectious" provisions, promoting technology sharing and collaboration. Any use, modification, or distribution of this software must comply with all terms herein to sustain the open-source ecosystem.

1. Definitions
"Software" means the source code, binaries, and documentation released under COL.
"Derivative Work" means any outcome directly or indirectly derived from the Software, including modifications, translations, enhancements, integration with other code, and executables formed by static or dynamic linking.
"Distribution" means providing copies of the Software or Derivative Works to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge.

2. Grant of Rights
Under this License, you are granted the right to use, study, modify, and distribute the Software and its Derivative Works, and a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license for necessary patents embodied in the Software.

3. Obligations
a) Retain the original copyright notice prominently in any distribution.
b) All Derivative Works, when distributed, must be licensed under the current or later version of COL, include complete source code, and must not impose additional restrictions on the rights granted herein.
   Infectious Clause: If the Software is statically linked, dynamically linked, embedded, packaged, or provided via network services in a way that the resulting executable incorporates the Software's functionality, the entire work is deemed a Derivative Work and must be open-sourced under COL.
c) Clearly indicate modifications, modifier, and date in the copyright notice.
d) Do not use the Software for illegal activities; violation may result in license termination and legal action.

4. Network Service Infectiousness
If you provide functionality based on a modified version of the Software via network services (e.g., SaaS, API), you must make the complete source code publicly available and ensure compliance with COL.

5. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. The original author disclaims all liability for damages arising from its use.

6. Termination
Violation of any term allows the original author to terminate the license immediately. You must cease use and destroy all copies upon termination.

7. Governing Law & Amendments
This License is governed by the laws of Mainland China. The original author may amend the License; new works follow the updated version, while old works remain under the version in effect when licensed.
