Invocation of several of the restrictions in 4.1.2 make the license
unacceptable as an open source license. A license will not be approved
by the OSI unless it meets the Open Source Definition for all use cases,
not just some.

There are also many places in this license where the English version
doesn't make sense, and would not be approved for that reason.
