[License-review] Final comment on Open Logistics License (was Re: For Approval: Open Logistics License v1.2)

Hi Pam,

I wasn't aware that Open Logistics is somehow an established term for a specific field of action. We want to attract logistics projects, this is our focus and this was the reason for both the license and foundations name. This makes it easier to discuss with companies who don't have a great track record in open source.

We could use the full name of the initiative and call the license "Open Logistics Foundation License / OLF License", but this sounds even more vanity...

Regards
Andreas

Andreas,

I think there is some validity to this point. That was indeed my first impression when I saw the title of the license, I thought it was a special use license for open logistics, which doesn't seem to be the case. You might consider changing the name to something less likely to mislead potential adopters.
