Given this appears to be some sort of modified version of GPL, pointing out
which version you used, and how you altered it, and the reason for that
alteration is really required for anyone to give useful commentary. You’re
also going to need to explain the legal review that was done, and how the
changes you made are legally valid and conformant with the OSD. Also, what
is the rationale for this license – what problem does it solve that existing
approved licenses don’t? The text does not make that apparent. 

 

Before you do that, I’d suggest you have not made a complete submission and
further consideration of this license should be suspended by OSI.
