While I appreciate your concern and generally agree with your view, the
correspondent in question is not subscribed to the list so will not have
seen any of our (consequently "internal") comments, which although concise
are factual and respectful. Your reply was just the tone I felt should have
been sent to him in moderation - many thanks.
