This is incorrect; I'm guessing you're looking at the current draft,
which is NOT the release. The original 0.1.0 release of the
copyleft-next license was back in January of 2013; the most recent
release is 0.3.1, from 2016-04-29.

Note that even the oldest release, 0.1.0, does NOT have the
> THIS IS A DRAFT. DO NOT USE AS A LICENSE.
header, because it is not a draft, and was indeed intended to be usable
as a license at that point (and I believe at least a few small projects
did so).
