Andrew, All:

Aside from the required wording changes, the other major issue with this
license is the short name of the license itself, which seems like a
pretty clear trademark infringement in my non-lawyer eyes.

The Open Invention Network is a longstanding organization in the world
of Open Source, and has always gone by the acronym "OIN"
(https://openinventionnetwork.com/) Since this license is unaffiliated
with that organization (unless I've missed something), even were it
otherwise acceptable I'd request a change of license acronym before
voting to approve it.

"OIL" is the obvious choice, but that has its own issues ;-)
