I totally agree.
I discovered this morning that keep using the same wording to reject the
same idea over and over; this means either that I am getting old or that
the argument has been repeated too many times. Perhaps, both.
Let's get rid for good of this idea that open source *licensing* is
tasked with fixing something else than the bad effects of proprietary
software (or perhaps not even them).
