We know. Many of the folks on the list review licenses as part of their
daily work.

GPLv3 had a review team including about 40 lawyers. I mostly watched.

So, the problem that I have is that I am totally at a loss whether your
addition is actually *better, *while I was really confident in the
brain-trust of lawyers reviewing GPLv3.
