The issue of how (if at all) to apply the newly-adopted license
decision process to SSPLv2 was discussed at the recent OSI board
meeting. The general view was that we should have the OSI reach one of
the possible decisions outlined in the process 30 days from
announcement of the adoption of the process (i.e., now), or at any
rate by the next OSI board meeting following that date. So that
decision date will be on or about 2019-02-18.

Here too I think the decision date should be on or about 2019-02-18.
