Dear Josh,

That's wonderful!  Thanks a lot for the clarification. We would love 
that, which really reduces possible risks in the future.

How should I proceed here (sorry I'm clumsy on this)? Should I modify 
the original license, e.g., adding this statement in the license, and 
submit again?

BTW, Carlo, I'm glad you love the name of the license.  Yes, Mulan is 
such a beautiful name, how could anyone resist it?
