[License-review] Please rename "Free Public License-1.0.0" to 0BSD.

Big thumbs up to just rename FPL to 0BSD!  As OSI’s role is to reduce marketplace confusion and limit (perceived or real) proliferation, and a rename will do exactly that for both, I think it’s a really great idea.  Moreover, particularly as a license consumer in the federal government space, I think BSD0 has outstanding potential to garner adoption more than it will/would with the FPL name simply due to legacy familiarity.  Doubt there’s many other licenses where one could come close to correctly guessing the text just by hearing 4 letters.
