Approve that the solicited action be taken. IMO the officers should just do
it, I don't see that the board has to micromanage this one.

Academic point not a reason for rejection:

BSD stands for Berkeley System Distribution and this license is sort of
derivative of theirs but not made by them. They didn't trademark "BSD" or
"Berkeley System Distribution" and IMO this usage is fair.
