If everyone who sends a little patch will become an original author the 
number of authors will bloat soon so that I can not recommend that. The 
less original authors there are the less people need to consent on 
relicensing so that things are kept more flexible. Besides this it is 
all about a fair share of contribution and I believe the original 
authors should consent on that.
