(3) says "When this software is redistributed in the forms unusable for the
      development of other software, such as the case when the software
      is embedded in a piece of equipment, either of the following two
      conditions must be satisfied:"

I can't quite put my finger on why but the way 'either' is used there
makes me wonder whether the license author meant to unidiomatically
indicate "both". Can the license submitter comment on this?
