I'm not sure what you attempted to attach, but casual inspection of the
source code for Teampass as hosted on GitHub as well as of the website
for Teampass suggests, consistent with the subject of your posting, that
at least some of it is intended by you to be licensed under the GNU
AGPLv3. AGPLv3 (that is to say, this license:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html )
has been an OSI-approved license since March 2008.
